Mobile surveys - surveys in the palm of your customers

Brand Attention has designed and developed an innovative new mobile phone survey system. Surveys can be instantly deployed and vividly rendered across a wide range of web-enabled mobiles handsets.

You can ask your customers the questions which are core to your business, resulting in interactively-rich surveys that give instant results. In order to incentivise customers to complete your surveys, they can be sent a text or a 2D barcode that forwards them to a reward or gift page.

Using the bespoke Brand Attention Survey Management System users can control every element of their mobile surveys on the fly. Questions can be changed, responses or prompts can be displayed and formatting can be tweaked using the WYSIWYG editor.

Mobile phones have proven to be a very popular way to vote, with more people choosing this method than online and post combined. Another significant advantage is the speed at which the mobile phone votes are received, providing an early and accurate poll of public opinion.

As with mobile sites themselves, it is important to design a survey with the mobile device and the mobile user in mind. If you are expecting people to respond on-the-move, then you have to make it easy for them to do so.
